(Too ‘rushed’, started with too many dark colours, not patient and delicate enough, didn’t take advantage of all the nice things watercolours can do. she used the paint like it could have just been oils)
I think ‘building’ colour with light washes and being patient/letting parts dry is very important. I might get around to making a video if anyone is interested.
Hey there :) I remember you had some drama with the first sewing machine you bought. I really want to get my own sewing machine to make plushies and simple clothes, but have a small budget (under $200) and no idea were to start :S any advice for a first time buyer?
I bought the ‘Promise’ model from ‘Singer’. They are under $200 and very, very sweet machines. Not noisy, has enough features to keep you occupied, nice size, not hard to use.
